Use of the Site

TruGrade.pro provides information, tools, and services related to contractor verification, contractor grading, homeowner accounts, contractor accounts, and related marketplace features. You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data except as permitted by law, or use the site to submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful information.

TruGrade may suspend or terminate access if an account is used in violation of these terms, applicable law, or platform policies.

Contractor Information and Reviews

TruGrade may collect, evaluate, verify, publish, or display contractor-related information from public records, contractor submissions, customer submissions, third-party sources, and internal review processes.

Contractors do not control whether qualifying customer feedback is published, how verified review information is evaluated, or the outcome of TruGrade verification or grading decisions.

Fees and Payments

If paid services are offered, all fees, billing terms, renewal terms, and refund rules will be presented at the time of purchase or enrollment. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, payment grants access to the applicable service and does not guarantee any verification result, grade, ranking, lead volume, or business outcome.
