About TruGrade
TruGrade.pro is a contractor verification and grading service built to help homeowners, contractors, and the public access and evaluate contractors' credentials and to compare them using objective standards.
What TruGrade Does
TruGrade reviews contractor identity, licensing, registration, insurance, and related business records as part of a broader public-facing contractor grade. If the phone number they gave you is not a real business, we will let you know. If the business address on their website is not really their address, we will tell you that. The goal is to make contractor verification easier and more consistent across the marketplace. A contractor that scores well on this evaluation receives a TruGrade Verified emblem for their business and vehicles.
TruGrade does not accept paid advertising from contractors. Instead, we charge a modest fee for evaluation which is never refundable, regardless of the verification status or grade that results.
Verified Customer Feedback
The second part of the TruGrade system combines the verification process above with verified customer feedback, so a contractor's public standing reflects both credentials and real customer experience. TruGrade is building verified customer feedback with zero contractor control over the outcome.
Contractors are not allowed to reply to or in any way influence these customer reviews. Every review comes from a real paying customer of the contractor being reviewed. No fakes. No friends and family inflating ratings. Contractors will not know who gave the review feedback, so no pressure to leave only positive feedback.

TruGrade.pro is a wholly owned business initiative of Dynamic Engineering Systems, also known as DES, a Virginia company. DES provides the business, technical, and administrative support for the TruGrade.pro platform.
