Public Information

TruGrade is a contractor credentialing and grading platform. Some contractor-related information may be displayed publicly, including business name, public business contact information, verification status, badge status, grades, review summaries, and other information relevant to contractor evaluation.

Homeowner account information is not intended for public display, except where a homeowner knowingly submits content or information intended for a public or verified-review workflow.

SMS and Text Messaging

If you provide a mobile phone number or choose SMS/text-message verification, TruGrade may send text messages for account security, verification codes, service notifications, and communications related to your use of TruGrade services.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
